Costa Casa is part of Travida (Chamber of Commerce number 55207928), a company specializing in online travel media. Costa Casa expressly reserves the right to add new (brand) names and web addresses, which will automatically be subject to the same conditions.
Services offered and liability
Costa Casa offers (private) holiday home owners a platform to present their holiday home to rental guests online. For this purpose the owner can post a paid advertisement to promote his/her holiday home, including important rental information, prices and photos.
The owner and the guest enter into a direct agreement, without the intervention of Costa Casa. Costa Casa will never be a party to any agreement between owner and guest, nor with regard to the accuracy of the information provided by the owner. Costa Casa does not accept any liability for disputes between owners and guests, as well as for the content or information provided by owner or third parties on its website(s).
Costa Casa is entitled to refuse posting of a holiday home on the website, or to remove a holiday home from its website, if there are good reasons to do so. In such cases Costa Casa excludes any form of compensation or (partial) restitution.
Costa Casa excludes all liability for any direct or indirect damage, of whatever nature, arising from or in any way related to the use of its website(s) or to the temporary impossibility of being able to consult them.
Copyright and content
Texts, layout, images, scripts and other items on the Costa Casa website are protected by copyright. Copies, adaptations, translations, edits, modifications of all or part of the Costa Casa website, in any form or by any means, are strictly prohibited, unless prior written permission has been granted by Costa Casa.
